ETERAFIT Try a sample client فارسی

Programs that fit eachclient's body and goals

You enter your client's form and body measurements, or they fill it in on their phone. Their body composition is analysed and you get three program options, reviewed by an ETERAFIT trainer who marks the best fit.

Estimates don't replace a doctor's diagnosis.

Sample data. Body fat is estimated from measurements, so it shows its likely range.

From where you are to where you want to be

Every program starts from the body as it is today, and a real trainer checks it before it's sent.

An illustration, not a promised result.

Two ways to use it

Trainers get programs for their clients; individuals get one for themselves.

For trainers

Your client's form and body measurements

  • Body composition analysis from the measurements
  • Three different programs, fitted to each client
  • An ETERAFIT trainer picks the best fit
  • You can fill in the form yourself, for your client
See the client form

For individuals

The form, plus measurements or photos

  • Program package: from tape measurements
  • Complete package: body form analysis from photos, a program with corrective exercises and the nutrition guide
How it works for individuals

Training on your own?

Fill in the form and send your body measurements, or three neck-down photos for a body form analysis. An ETERAFIT trainer picks one program for you and explains what it takes into account.

How it works for individuals

Four steps. The third one is yours.

ETERAFIT does the measuring and the drafting. You do the coaching.

  1. 1

    Analyze

Your client fills in the form on their phone, or you fill it in for them, with tape measurements.

  2. 2

    Plan

Three program options are drafted, and an ETERAFIT trainer marks the best fit with a reason.

  3. 3

    Coach

    This step is yours

We suggest three programs and explain why; the final choice is yours. Your client only sees the program you pick, in their profile.

  4. 4

    Elevate

Track each client's progress check-in by check-in, and take on more clients with confidence.

A sample report

Estimates from measurements
Estimated body fat24%likely range 21–27%
Waist-to-hip ratio0.78in the healthy range
Change since check-in 2−1.5%body fat

Body fat is estimated with the US Navy tape formula. A lab scan may give a different number within this range.

Lower-back pain reported

Refer to a specialist

Your client reported lower-back pain when moving.

Refer them to a physiotherapist before training this area. None of the programs include loaded spinal flexion.

Waist

Improving

75 cm, 2 cm less than last check-in. Waist-to-height ratio 0.45, below the 0.5 mark.

Upper arm

Muscle kept

27 cm, unchanged, so arm muscle is being kept while fat comes down.

Hips

Good

96 cm, 1 cm less than last check-in.

Thigh

Good

55 cm, unchanged.

Neck, chest, shoulders and shoulder width are recorded too.

Program options

Option A

Balanced strength

4 days a week, 50 min

Full-body strength to keep muscle while losing fat.

Option B, our trainer's pick

Careful start

3 days a week, 45 min

Strength work with no loaded spinal flexion, plus a daily walk.

Why we picked it: the most careful start while the lower-back referral is open, and it fits three sessions a week.

Option C

Upper-body focus

4 days a week, 40 min

Upper and lower split with more volume on the upper body and less load on the lower back.

No option chosen yet. The choice is yours.

These are estimates from measurements and form answers, not medical diagnoses. If your client has pain or a known condition, refer them to a physiotherapist or physician before training that area. You make all final decisions.

Body form analysis, in the individuals' Complete package

In the individuals' Complete package, three neck-down photos and the person's height give 20 measurements in degrees and centimetres, the same way at every check-in, so you see what actually changed. Packages for individuals

What photos can't show: the cause of pain, disc or joint injuries, medical conditions, or how far a joint can move. When the form or a measurement points to one of these, the report suggests referring your client.

Data stays private

A client's answers and measurements are seen only by their trainer and the ETERAFIT trainer. Everything can be deleted, completely, whenever you want. More details

Common questions

Do my clients need to send photos?

No. For your clients you only need the form and tape measurements; their body composition is analysed from those, and the programs are built on them. See the client form.

Will my client know I use ETERAFIT?

Not unless you tell them. You can enter the form and measurements yourself from your dashboard; your client needs no account and never sees the site. Just get their consent to use their information first.

How accurate is a body-fat number from measurements?

It's an estimate, so we show it with its likely range, for example 22% (19–25%). A lab scan such as DEXA will usually land inside that range, but not exactly on our number. We round to whole percents because more decimals would suggest precision the method doesn't have.

Is ETERAFIT a medical tool?

No. It gives estimates and observations, not diagnoses. When a finding or a client's intake answers suggest something a trainer shouldn't handle alone, such as reported pain or a recent injury, the report asks you to refer them to a specialist and doesn't suggest exercises for that area.

Will it replace me?

No. ETERAFIT suggests three programs and recommends one with its reason, but the final choice is yours, and your client only sees the program you pick. The coaching and the relationship stay with you.

Who owns a client's data?

Your client does. Their consent comes first, everything can be deleted at any time (by them or by you), and their data is never used for marketing or to train our AI. See exactly how data is handled.
